Your continued success, even during the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, remains paramount as we are fully operational at all DigiKey locations worldwide. The entire DigiKey global team is working tirelessly to provide the world’s broadest selection of electronic components in stock and available for immediate shipment. We have partnered with customers all over the world who are adapting and innovating with solutions positively impacting the frontlines during this crisis.

We applaud your efforts and will continue to support you by providing safe, secure, reliable service. The safety and health of our team members is of utmost importance, and we are operating under aggressive sanitation and disinfection procedures.

  • Approximately 2,300 DigiKey team members around the world are working from home and continue to support you
  • We have developed an Ultra-Violet (UV) light tunnel to disinfect totes passing through our conveyor system
  • We have developed disinfecting foggers to sanitize surfaces
  • We are fogging inbound trucks before we handle receipts as well as outbound trailers
  • We are pausing to "Take 5" (minutes) to clean and disinfect work stations every two hours
  • We have enhanced order fulfillment processes to decrease potential interaction
  • We are equipped with masks and observing all recommended personal hygiene and social distancing suggestions

We do this, while remaining highly focused on upholding the same levels of inventory, customer service and fast, reliable service you have come to expect from DigiKey.

Q. Are there any changes to our hours of support?

A. We have temporarily reduced hours of Application Engineering support to 8:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday US central time. Please also visit the TechForum and post your questions there.

Q. Are any specific products affected more than others?

A. Both existing inventory and supplier backlog remains strong. Suppliers are currently shipping to lead time but this is a fluid situation subject to change as factories are potentially impacted by imposed restrictions to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Check the links below from suppliers for the latest information they are providing. We will reach out to customers where we learn their backlog is affected.
