CONFOR™ Urethane Foam
Aearo Technologies offers its CONFOR™ urethane foam available in a range of parts and degrees of stiffnesses
Aearo Technologies' CONFOR™ urethane foams offer a unique combination of physical characteristics, high-energy absorption properties, and temperature-softening behavior. The foams exhibit no silicone off-gassing and exert low force under high compression, making them ideal for shock protection and gasketing in electronics applications. Soft and flexible, the highly damped, slow-recovery materials contain no halogens or metal compounds.
Features
- Shock-absorbing foams display slow recovery and are highly damped
- Available in varying degrees of stiffness with exceptionally low profiles down to 0.06 mm thin
- Excellent for gap filling and gasket applications
- RoHS compliant and non-halogenated per IEC 61249-2-21
