USB3.2 Amplifiers/Extenders

Amphenol’s USB 3.2 amplifiers/extenders are a solution for harsh-environment USB signals. The standard USB 3.2 Gen1 protocol is limited to 3 m in length before signal integrity is affected. Amphenol's USB 3.2 amplifier extends the USB 3.2 signal to 11 m. The 8 m amplifier is connected to the 3 m cordset in order to extend the length of a rugged USB construct. These are designed to mate with the USB3FTV series connectors (MIL-DTL-38999 series III) with an anti-decoupling device in a size 15 shell. These amplifiers (like their corresponding connectors) are shock, vibration, and traction resistant. They are IP68 sealed when mated and come in a variety of RoHS-compliant platings. Accessories to this series include standard protective caps (USBFTVC series) and cybersecurity caps (PlugLock and CapLock series).
