Amphenol’s harsh environment solution for USB signal is the USB3.2 access point solution. This composite access point is designed to be used in any industrial harsh environment where dust or liquid splash is a concern. The USB3 unit with the attached self-closing cap protects the USB-A receptacle when the plug or USB memory key is unmated. These USB3AP products are designed for high-speed USB3.2 Gen 1 up to 5 Gb/S and are backward compatible with USB2.0. They are IP54 when not mated and are RoHS compliant.
