ADI’s AD8232 are signal conditionally block for ECG / EKG heart rate monitoring used in medical, fitness and gaming. The device has an operation temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and comes in an ultra-small (4 mm x 4 mm) 20-LFCSP package. With low voltage requirement of 2 V to 3.5 V and low current (typical) of 170 µA this device is ideal for wearable and battery applications. The AD8232 is optimized for either of two- or three-electrode configurations and has a rail-to-rail output.
