This amplifier requires 28 V at 100 mA and will produce up to 10 W. The HMC8500 is ideal for wireless infrastructure, radars, public mobile radios, and general-purpose amplification where continuous wave (CW) is needed. The HMC8500 amplifier has a temperature operational range of -40°C to +85°C and comes in a small 5 x 5 LFCSP package.
