Archimedes Controls' ACC-LQDLVL5 A150 liquid/fuel level monitoring system is a 24/7 real-time consumption and reservation management solution for liquid (such as water) or fuel (such as gasoline/diesel) that is stored in transport tankers and storage tanks. The system includes liquid/fuel level sensors, data acquisition and gateway controllers, installed edge server(s) with ARCOS™ cloud software with the necessary cloud monitoring, access, alert notification, data archive, user management, and analytics software. The edge server is designed for private hosting when desired by customers.
ARCOS can be accessed with a secure internet/intranet connection using a web browser or a mobile device. Alerts are sent via email and/or text messages to mobile phones.
- Liquid/fuel level and leak monitoring:
- Measures/monitors liquid and fuel levels for consumption and leaks in tanks or storage
- Automatically measures every 15 sec.
- Tank/storage height: 0 mm to 5,000 mm (0 m to 5 m)
- Measurement resolution: 2.0 mm level change
- Measurement accuracy: <1% full scale
- Temperature-compensated measurements for improved accuracy
- Operating temperature range: -20°C to +60°C
- Suitable for transport trucks and storage tanks
- ARCOS cloud services:
- Remote monitoring via ARCOS cloud services or a private server
- Pre-set alert trigger levels: alerts are sent via email and/or text message
- View and search the current and historic data
- Archived data and historic warnings for operation analysis and improvement
- Warns the user when a water leak is detected or the liquid level has dropped by a predetermined amount due to a leak or usage
- Built-in analytics tool for custom reports and anomaly detection
- Supports IP security cameras
