The DS2900 series from Artesyn is a 2900 W high efficiency, high density bulk front end for use in computing, storage, and datacom applications. This high power product is equipped with all the latest advancements in digital technology utilizing both primary and secondary DSPs for total control flexibility. With the AC and DC on the same side, the DS2900 is set up for "glitch free" blind mate, hot plug applications. Communication to the user system is conveniently accomplished over an I2C serial bus using PMBus protocol.
