K50 Pro Series Touch Buttons

The K50 Pro touch buttons with vibration feedback are the latest extension of Banner Engineering's most popular touch button family. These buttons have the same bright light output, ergonomic touch functionality, and robust housing as the other buttons in the line, but with the added vibration functionality.

Vibration provides an immediate response indicating the button has been touched, making touch buttons with vibration feedback ideal for users who prefer the tactile response of mechanical buttons over the visual response of traditional touch buttons.

Vibration feedback increases efficiency by quickly capturing the operator’s attention and enabling faster responses to accidental or mistaken touches. For example, in pick-to-light applications, vibration feedback can indicate an incorrect pick, immediately alerting operators to the mistake even if they are not looking directly at the button for visual confirmation.

K50 Pro touch buttons with vibration feedback can be configured using either IO-Link or PC-based Pro Editor software, depending on the model. When a one- or two-color flash animation is defined, users can specify a vibration pattern that follows the same pattern as the flash, or they can select one of several predefined vibration patterns. Vibration pattern speed can be set to slow, standard, or fast.
