Automotive TVS Diodes 400 W SMA Size SMT – SMAJExxH Series

Eaton's surface-mount, industry-standard low-profile SMA (DO-214AC) size TVS diode surge suppressors are offered with 400 W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000 μs waveform. This SMAJExxH family offers an economical but reliable solution for surge or transient events with standoff voltages up to 440 V_DC. They come with a fast response time that is typically less than 1.0 ps from 0 V to V_BR minimum. They also provide excellent surge clamping capability and longevity during transient events. These AEC-Q101 qualified TVS diodes are available in unidirectional and bidirectional protection characteristics and are designed to be used in automotive and other high-reliability applications.
