1s1p 21700 Lithium-Ion Battery Pack

The Jauch 21700 1s1p cell is part of the 21700 format which was adopted by major EV manufacturers, replacing the older 20700 format as the contemporary standard. The cell has 47% more volume than a 18650 1s1p pack from only a 6 mm increase in length and a 2 mm increase in diameter. This results in the cell having a capacity increase of 50% over the existing higher capacity 18650 1s1p pack (3250 mAh). Therefore, for certain applications, fewer cells must be built and used to provide the same amount of energy.
