KOA’s thin-film chip resistors offer improved electrolytic corrosion resistance and high stability
KOA Speer Electronics’ RN73R series high-reliability thin-film resistors meet the demanding requirements of high heat and high moisture applications. The RN73R series provides improved electrolytic corrosion resistance and high stability compared to KOA’s existing RN73 thin-film resistors. The RN73R series offers excellent heat tolerance with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C and a rated ambient temperature of +85°C, as well as improved moisture tolerance of 85% for 1,000 hours at +85°C. These resistors are ideal for applications that demand high reliability such as industrial devices, medical devices, gain adjustment resistors for op amp circuits, and dividers for power supply voltage monitors.

- Ultra-low TCR: ±5 ppm/°C, ±10 ppm/°C, ±25 ppm/°C, ±50 ppm/°C, and ±100 ppm/°C
- Resistance range: 10 Ω to 1.5 MΩ
- Resistance tolerance: ±0.05%, ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, and ±1%
