CoolZorb-Ultra Series Silicone-Free Thermal/EMI Absorber
Laird's silicone-free absorber suppresses unwanted energy coupling, resonances, and surface currents
Laird Performance Materials' CoolZorb-Ultra series is the next generation of hybrid EMI absorber and thermal gap filler. The silicone-free material provides 11.5 W/mK and very high attenuation above 25 GHz. The CoolZorb-Ultra series is softer than Laird's other silicone based CoolZorb products. The CoolZorb-Ultra series absorber suppresses unwanted energy coupling, resonances, and surface currents which cause board level EMI issues.
