QA-R3 Series Gate Drive DC/DC Power Supplies

IGBT and SiC MOSFETs require the correct drive voltage to ensure effective work, and Mornsun's QA-R3 series gate drive power supplies provide a highly reliable solution.
IGBT and SiC MOSFETs are commonly used in high voltage systems. The drive power supply with reinforced insulation and high isolation voltage can better ensure system reliability. In addition, IGBT and SiC MOSFETs are usually in a high-frequency switching state, then the indicator of CMTI needs special attention. In general, for CMTI, larger than 50 kV/μs is preferred; the larger the CMTI, the stronger the anti-interference capability.
