VCB/VCF Series Brick DC/DC Converters

MORNSUN’s isolated VCB and VCF series in packages of 1/4 brick, 1/8 brick, and 1/16 brick are excellent choices for applications that require a wide input range in a compact size. The VCB and VCF series meet IEC/UL/EN62368 and DOSA standards, with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, excellent performance, and efficiency up to 93%. Their light-load (10%) efficiency is up to 85%, and the no-load loss is as low as 0.96 W, which can greatly reduce the standby power consumption of the whole system.

In addition, these modules are painted with conformal coating to protect the circuit board from the erosion of bad conditions. Their multiple protections of input undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and others can effectively prevent unnecessary losses caused by abnormal operation of customer systems or equipment.
