Nexperia’s NextPower 80 V/100 V MOSFETs offer 50% lower RDS(on) and strong avalanche energy ratings (Eas) for high-efficiency switching and high-reliability applications. These MOSFETs are ideally suited for power supplies, telecom, and industrial designs, especially USB Power Delivery (PD) and USB Type-C® chargers and adapters and 48 VDC/VDC adapters. The devices feature low body diode losses with Qrr down to 50 nanocoulombs (nC), resulting in lower reverse recovery current (Irr), lower voltage spikes (Vpeak), and reduced ringing, which allows for further optimized dead-time.
