onsemi's 12 V eFuse evaluation boards provide an onboard short circuit load to test the short circuit protection features of the eFuses
onsemi's STR-NIS5020-GEVB, STR-NIS5132-GEVB, STR-NIS5232-GEVB, and STR-NIS5820-GEVB provide an evaluation board for 12 V eFuses within the Strata development environment. These 12 V eFuses offer a programmable trip current limit, a programmable slew rate, and thermal protection features. The evaluation boards provide an onboard short circuit load to test the short circuit protection features of the eFuses. These evaluation boards must be used with Strata to control the eFuse and monitor telemetries such as input/output voltage, input/output current, and temperature.
