With cyber security becoming an increased concern, Panduit can help improve the level of protection to computer systems and smart devices. An unprotected port is an invitation damage equipment, infect systems, or access data that many companies try to keep secure. The Panduit SmartKeeper system will block these opened ports while adding an additional layer of security. Blocking open ports using this system means they can only be accessed with a special key. Limiting the master key to those authorized to access these ports will reduce the chance of someone, intentionally or accidentally, accessing these ports.
