Pulse Electronics', a YAGEO Company, JXDx series of RJ45 range PulseJack® ICMs is designed to support the industrial market while reducing process costs by utilizing the advanced SMD pin-in-paste (PIP) with the ruggedness of through-hole devices (THD). This optimization of solder paste placement on top of the PCB without any interference from the underside of the component during automated insertion eliminates the risk of solder balls forming during IR reflow cycles. There are multiple types of options, from 8P/8C or 10P/8C pin configurations that support 100Base-TX, fast Ethernet and 1000Base-T, 1 Gigabit Ethernet speeds to configuration options of latch-up, latch-down, or top-entry for the cable connection for a user's design.
