The four-terminal design allows for true kelvin current measurements. The FHR 4-2321 offers resistance values from 0.001 ohms to 50 ohms with tolerances from 0.1% and TCR availability as low as 15 ppm. DigiKey will initially be stocking various resistance values with 1% tolerance and 25 ppm.
