STMicroelectronics' TN3050H-12WY / TN3050H-12GY-TR features high junction temperature of 150°C
STMicroelectronics' TN3050H-12WY / TN3050H-12GY-TR automotive-grade 1200 V thyristors rated at 150°C TJ and for 30 ARMS power switching are designed for 2 kW to 7 kW on-board chargers in bridge or bridgeless topologies. They also fit AC-DC rectification in UPS and battery charger applications, motor drives, or the back-to-back switch of solid-state relays. Complementing the existing 12 A to 40 A SCR range, these are available in TO-247 as the TN3050H-12WY and the TN3050H-12GY-TR. The first automotive-grade 1200 V SCR housed in D2PAK offers a robust switch, 1 kV/µs immunity, and 1400 V surge for compact SMD design with full AEC-Q101 compliance.
