Taiwan Semi's TSUP series of AEC-101-qualified 5 A / 10 A / 15 A rated trench Schottky rectifiers. These rectifiers are offered with peak repetitive reverse voltage ratings (VRRM) of 60 V or 45 V with 1.0 ms peak forward surge current (IFSM) of nearly 300 A. The SMPC4.6U-package offers headroom and footprint advantages desirable in many automotive and industrial applications. The patented trench technology provides industry-leading performance including lower forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and fast, controlled reverse recovery time (TRR).
