Sensor Flat Connectors

TE Connectivity (TE) has designed sensor flat 2-, 3-, and 4-position connectors that offer a solution for engine sensor connectivity that provides high reliability and vibration resistance with high value. TE’s sensor flat connectors provide dependable connectivity with a large variety of engine sensor interfaces for almost any application.

The sensor flat family incorporates connector position assurance (CPA) technology which ensures proper terminal positioning, making this product ideal for engine applications in harsh environments. These sensors are tested to ISO 16750-3 standards and are capable of holding high vibration strength; they have also undergone dry heat testing. The connectors are designed to operate in different temperatures for different materials and ensure a high degree of protection by meeting IP67 and IP6K9K sealing levels (with backshell).
