Wolfspeed's radar solutions are designed for pulsed and CW X-Band applications
Wolfspeed’s X-Band portfolio consists of a variety of solution platforms including MMICs, IM-FETs, and transistors. Wolfspeed’s multi-stage MMICs offer a variety of power levels, high-gain, and high-efficiency in relatively small, over-mold QFN packages. The IM-FET portfolio consists of high performing, 50 Ω building blocks in support of higher power systems. And Wolfspeeds transistor portfolio, with highly accurate modeling support, provides maximum flexibility for the customer to optimize amplifier designs.
With a variety of power levels, high gain/stage, and high power-added efficiency (PAE), Wolfspeed's solutions support continuous improvements in SWAP-C benchmarks, driving the next generation of marine, ground, and airborne radar platforms such as weather, air traffic control, fire control, as well as other defense and commercial based systems.
