WE-PMCI and WE-PMMI Power Inductors
Würth Elektronik's offers its power multilayer metal alloy inductor and power molded chip inductor
Würth Elektronik's WE-PMCI are compact molded power inductors with wire winding. These product series is characterized by its soft saturation current and is appropriate for small, portable applications with switching frequencies over 20 MHz. These are available in sizes 0603 LP, 0805, 0806, 0806 LP, 1008, 1008 HS, 1210, and 1210 HS.
Würth's compact power inductor WE-PMMI series are produced using multilayer thick-film technology. The series features high saturation current and high rated current. These devices are suitable for high efficiency switching regulator with switching frequencies up to 20 MHz. These are available in sizes 0806, 0805 LP, and 0806 LP.
WE-PMCI Characteristics
- Compact inductor chip type
- Suitable for applications with high currents up to 3.6 A; very high DC-Bias current
- Very small electrical resistance; smallest RDC values starting at 19 mΩ
- Magnetically shielded construction: no crosstalk
- Operating temperature: -40°C to 125°C

- Available in five sizes and three different types (low profile, standard, and high saturation current)
- Recommended soldering profile: reflow
WE-PMMI Characteristics

- Suitable for applications with high currents up to 3.5 A; very high DC-bias current up to 4 A
- Smallest RDC values starting at 15 mΩ
- Magnetically shielded construction: no crosstalk
- Operating temperature: -40°C to 125°C
