The Nitrogen93 SMARC is built on the i.MX 93 with dual Cortex-A55 cores up to 1.7 GHz and a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 for real-time control. It features the Arm Ethos-U65 microNPU for efficient, low-power machine learning, including wake-word detection. The module supports USB 2.0, SD/SDIO 3.01, dual GbE with EEE, AVB, IEEE 1588, and dual CAN-FD interfaces. A 2-lane MIPI-CSI camera input and 4-lane MIPI-DSI or LVDS outputs enable 1080p60 multimedia. Security is provided by NXP EdgeLock®, with secure boot, key management, and attestation. This SKU includes 2 GB LPDDR4 and 16 GB eMMC.
