Detailed Description | The Nitrogen8M Mini SOM is a compact (69.6 × 40 mm) System-on-Module based on the NXP i.MX 8M Mini processor. It includes a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU, plus a Cortex-M4 microcontroller for low-power or real-time tasks. Memory includes 4GB LPDDR4 and 16GB eMMC. The module supports MIPI-DSI display output and MIPI-CSI camera input, and includes a video engine for graphics and HD video. Via a carrier board, users get interfaces such as PCIe, SDIO, Gigabit Ethernet, two high-speed USB ports, multiple I²C buses, SPI, UART, and general-purpose I/O. Designed for embedded and IoT applications, it offers versatile connectivity and compact size for custom hardware integration. |
