Automotive Grade Miniature TCO Protection Devices
The AD & SD Series are the first automotive grade resettable miniature TCO breaker protection devices. AEC-Q200 tested, they offer ultra-low resistance values and precise trip temperatures up to 150Deg C. They provide independent, resettable, over temperature protection for heaters, cables, LEDs, wireless charging coils, lithium-ion battery cells, etc.

Bourns' PLN series forward converter planar transformers operate at a switching frequency of 250 kHz with low leakage inductance from 0.29 µH to 0.6 µH.
Next-Generation Gas Discharge Tubes – GDT35 Series
Bourns’ GDT35 series three-electrode GDT provides significant protection from voltage transients caused by lightning or accidental contact with AC power lines.
