Translate an Idea Into Arduino Code
Follow along as I share my workflow for turning an idea into an Arduino sketch for a functional prototype. This process helps add structure to an amorphous task, especially for beginners.

- Membrane keypad
- Aphanumeric display
- 3x 10mm LEDs (green, yellow, red)
- 3x 220 ohm resistors
- Solderless breadboard
- Prototyping wires

- Computer running Arduino software
- Multimeter
- Eye protection
- Soldering iron and solder
- Wire strippers
- Flush cutters
- Helping third hand tool
