The UMT-H compact, SMD fuse stands out with its high breaking capacity of 1500 A. It is UL approved up to 6.3 A at 277 VAC and up to 30 A at 250 VAC, with rated breaking capacity from 1500 A to 100 A depending on rated voltage. With its square, compact design (5.3 x 16 mm), the UMT-H is well suited for more cost-effective, automated assembly.

Circuit Breaker Thermal

The shape of the T9 circuit breaker is very similar to that of a fuse holder and thus offers an excellent alternative to 5 x 20 fuses and their respective fuseholders, where current surges can lead to premature tripping and aging over time. Reset is achieved by a simple push of the button.

Circuit Breaker Thermal Magnetic

AS168X thermal magnetic, high performance circuit breaker is UL 508 listed for use as a Manual Motor Controller for industrial control applications. The AS168X provides motor disconnect from 0.5-30 A and motor protection from 1/10-20HP, ideal for motor and control panel applications. Rated 0.5-52 A @ 480 Y/277 VAC, the AS168X’s high performance characteristics limit “let through energy” in the event of a short circuit up to 10 kA at 277 VAC offering reliable performance.

Power Entry Modules with Circuit Breaker

The DF11 and DF12 power entry modules have an integrated circuit breaker. The DF series offers a recessed switch to prevent accidental actuation. The combination saves space, and is pre-wired for quick installation. The DF11 is without filter and offers both screw-on and snap-in mounting. The DF 12 offers both standard and medical type filters.

SCHURTER is busy upgrading its fuseholders and appliance inlets with fuseholders portfolio to meet the new IEC/EN 60127-6 Edition 2.0 standard. New standard becomes effective October 2017 requiring all manufacturers to supply only compliant products.

FUS Shock-Safe Fuseholder Designed for Harsh Environments

SCHURTER FUS series high performance fuseholder is rated 16 A @ 500 VAC according to IEC and up to 32 A @ 600 VAC/ VDC according to UL/CSA. Rated power acceptance is 4 W/16 A @ Ta 23°C and has an ingress protection rating of IP67. FUS series complies with IEC 60127-6 Edition 2.0 and IEC 60335-1 Edition 4.0 standards.

SCHURTER fuses are available in various sizes and resettable and non-resettable versions as well as Time-Lag and Quick-Acting options. These fuses protect electric and electronic equipment against overcurrent damage and provide reliable interruption of short-circuits.

For primary and secondary protection directly on the circuit board, SCHURTER offers a wide range of solutions. The series UMT-H, UMF 250 and UMT 250 offer compact as well as precise solutions, which are also pulse resistant. The range is complemented with UMZ 250 and UMK 250 fuses with preassembled clips and fuse links. The matching fuseholders are glow wire resistant and ideal for reflow soldering.

SCHURTER's surface-mount chip fuses were specially developed to offer low-loss and precise overcurrent protection in secondary circuitry. These fuses set themselves apart from comparable products through their extremely precise opening times and minimal power dissipation.

SCHURTER's circuit breakers are safe, highly reliable and easy to use. The extensive product portfolio includes one-, two-, and three-pole circuit breaker types to meet international safety standards as well as different actuation and mounting styles.

The AS168X family of thermal magnetic high performance circuit breakers are UL 508 listed for use as a Manual Motor Controller for industrial control applications. The AS168X is available in 1 - 4 poles and is DIN Rail mountable for industrial applications.
