High Capacitance, High Voltage MLCC - HCV Series
Excellent performance and reliability mark YAGEO's high CV MLCCs. Featuring high capacitance and mid voltage they are available in X7R, covering 1 μF to 10 μF in capacitance with 0805 to 2220 in case size and voltages from 50 to 100 V. The HCV series has nickel-barrier end terminations with excellent mechanical strength and can be used in applications such as power, DC/DC converters, lighting, and servers.
