Welcome to the 3M Thermally Conductive Interface Materials product training module. The purpose of this presentation is to introduce 3M’s Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs). It will explain where 3M TIMs are utilized. Additionally, it will cover the TIM options available from 3M. Finally, it will define the differences between the types of TIMs.
