ATS’s standard offering of maxiFLOW™ Power Brick heat sinks is available with pre-assembled with Chomerics T766 phase change material. The heat sink hole pattern fits industry standard eighth, quarter, half, and full power brick modules. Heat sink assemblies are packaged with three sets of screws at 5, 6, and 8 mm lengths.
