In situations in which phase change material is preferred to tape, maxiFLOW™ heatsinks with the maxiGRIP™ Clip Attachment are available for standard height components (from 3 to 4.5 mm) in heights of 7.5, 12.5 and 17.5 mm. The maxiFLOW™ heatsinks with the maxiGRIP™ Clip Attachment are also available for low profile height components (from 1.5 to 2.99 mm) in heights of 9.5, 14.5 and 19.5 mm which includes a heat sink base that is 2 mm thicker than other standard offerings.
