The AOZ128x series are highly efficient high-voltage simple step-down regulators. They are capable of delivering from 0.6 A to 4 A continuous output current. They also support wide input voltage range from 3 V to 36 V. Smaller packages are being used for lower current output, enabling small form factor design such as compact smart thermostat. Large and thermally-enhanced packaging is being used for higher current output to provide cool thermal performance at high power.
