There are several solutions to this common problem. The first solution is to increase the power supply voltages to increase the dynamic range for the internal nodes. Another option is to decrease the differential signal gin by setting a lower gain for the in-amp. Finally, a further solution is to choose another in-amp. This last solution works because different in-amps have different level shifting in the internal nodes and one may work better than another amp for certain application.
