As size is so critical in today’s consumer industry, Bourns carries one of the smallest surface mount PTC on the market, in an 0805 size footprint. For higher current applications our devices stretch all the way up to 3425 size footprints. Most applications are covered by Bourns standard operating temperature devices of -40°C to +85°C but for higher temperature applications, such as automotive under the hood electronics, our high temperature range covers up to +125°C.
