The DA14580 is supported by a full Bluetooth Smart protocol stack known as SmartSnippets. The software stack includes a comprehensive set of Bluetooth Smart profiles which can run on the DA14580 or off chip on a host µCore. There is a full development toolset based on the industry standard Keil compiler. A flexible API is provided to access the features of the device, protocol stack and profiles.
