There are several agency approvals available for power switches, many are required for ratings above 48 V. They are country specific, so make sure to have the right approval for the product’s final selling destination. Some common agency listings including UL, which is typically for North America; NOM which is for Mexico; ENEC which is for Europe; and VDE and TUV which are for the European Union countries.
