The demonstration design is modular and in theory any I²C sensors could have been used, it would just require a software upgrade. Key components are: a Raspberry Pi2 as the main system processor running an IoT build of Windows 10; a FT_MOD-4232HUB which extends the RPi2 I/O capabilities by bridging USB to SPI and I²C peripherals; a high quality TFT display, VM800B43A-BK; and a proximity click sensor and RGB colour sensor for data gathering.
