The Renesas ISL28023 is a full featured digital power monitor offering high performance. It offers specifications such as a maximum Vos of 50µV, minimum CMRR of 116 dB, and a 16-bit ADC for <0.05% maximum measurement error. ISL28023 offers full industrial operating temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and a human body model (HBM) ESD rating of 6kV.
