The Lattice ispPAC-POWR6AT6 is an in-system programmable power supply monitoring and margining controller. This device allows for the measurement of up to six independent input voltages with the built-in ADC. Built-in DACs allow trimming of the voltage regulators more accurately than can be normally achieved or margined high and low to test system robustness to power supply variations.
