The 16-bit 2.5Msps LTC2389-16 is a pin- and software-compatible version of the LTC2389-18 that also offers exceptional 96dB SNR and ±1 LSB INL performance. The LTC2389-18 and LTC2389-16 both dissipate 162.5mW at 2.5Msps and feature a shutdown mode that reduces power dissipation to 75µW when not converting. All specifications are guaranteed over the -40ºC to +125ºC temperature range. Both of these devices are available in 7mm x 7mm LQFP-48 and 7mm x 7mm QFN-48 packages.
