The dual output LTM4620 increases output current to 13A per channel vs. the LTM4628 at 8A per channel in a similar size LGA package. In fact, the two devices are pin-compatible which allows the LTM4620 to be a drop-in replacement for existing LTM4628 circuit designs. It is necessary to verify the correct external component values and electrical parameters exist before attempting to replace a LTM4628 with a LTM4620.
