On the datasheets, II-VI Coherent Thermal Solutions includes performance curves generated in a dry nitrogen environment at two hot side temperatures. Other curves can be obtained by directly contacting II-VI Marlow. The mechanical characteristics are provided in a drawing that includes the footprint of the TEG with tolerances as well as any parallelism specifications and lead wire lengths.
