The Murata SimSurfing software tool gives the user the option of pre-selecting a known part number from a list or by inputting the part based on characteristics such as capacitance, rated voltage, ESR, and height. SimSurfing also allows users to plot various data for each selected part including impedance, ESR, DF, and capacitance. Spice Models (Netlist) and S-Parameters are also available in SimSurfing.
