The angular rate sensors are based on Murata's proven 3D MEMS technology and highly integrated electronics. The sensing elements and the measuring circuitry are assembled into a pre-molded plastic dual-in-line (DIL) package with 32-pins. The elements are protected with a silicon gel and covered with a stainless steel lid. All products are RoHS compatible and suitable for standard pick-and-place processes as well as for lead free reflow soldering.
