In summary, the KCM and KRM Series’ unique metal terminal design reduces the problems associated with mounting larger size MLCCs. Furthermore, these capacitors offer high reliability characteristics over traditional MLCCs as depicted by the results from the heat shock cycle test, board flex test and acoustic noise measurement. Finally, due to their unique design, the KCM and KRM Series are able to achieve very high capacitance values inside a small footprint.
