The reverse geometry and multi-termination Low ESL capacitors are not designed with an array-type construction, but they are multi-termination chip capacitors. Each of the Low ESL capacitors is constructed using a single capacitor with multiple terminals. The direction of the current flow for Murata’s multi-termination Low ESL capacitors is shown above.
