One final potential benefit of Configurable Logic solutions is the integrated level translation offered in the 1T57, 1T58, 1T97, and 1T98 base device functions. In this example, shown here on the left, a customer is using a discrete 74AUP1T34 level translator followed by a standard logic device. On the right side, the customer was able to save board space and reduce system cost by using a single integrated Configurable Logic device.
